Day 1: Affirmations and Setting Intentions
“A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor’s book.” - Irish Proverb
The best time to listen to this program is before going to sleep at night.
Before listening to your audio, lay down in bed, gently close your eyes, and bring your attention to your breath.
Allow your breathing to slow down, inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Begin by focusing on your feet. Visualize warm, soft energy flowing into your feet with every inhale, and feel them relax deeply. With every exhale, imagine tension melting away from your feet, traveling down to your toes, and leaving your body.
Slowly move this feeling up your legs, into your hips, through your torso, up to your chest, shoulders, arms, and finally into your head. With each breath, allow your entire body to feel heavier, more at ease, and fully supported by the bed beneath you.
When you are ready, repeat this intention 3 times out loud or with your inner voice:
“Tonight, I welcome restful, uninterrupted sleep. I am ready to let go of the day and invite peace into my night.”
Now you are ready to listen to your self-hypnosis audio.
Self-hypnosis is a powerful yet gentle technique to heal yourself, empower yourself, and become a better version of yourself. Free of any habits, traumas, beliefs, or programming that jeopardize your quality of life.
To make the most of your self-hypnosis practice, it's important to listen to the self-hypnosis audios in the right way.
- Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax without distractions.
- Earphones/headphones are not required but recommended.
- You may lay down or you may also remain seated but ensure that your back and neck are supported as the relaxation will make your head nod or slightly roll.
- Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and allow yourself to fully immerse in the experience.
- You can also listen to these self-hypnosis audios before you sleep. And if you fall asleep while listening, it's ok! Your subconscious mind is still at work.
