Day 1: Affirmations and Setting Intentions

"Believe you can and you're halfway there." – Theodore Roosevelt

Lack of confidence happens when someone does not believe in their abilities or feels uncertain about themselves. It happens for various reasons, like comparing ourselves to others, fear of failure, or receiving negative feedback. Essentially, it’s a feeling of not being sure if you can do something well.

For setting today´s intention, stand tall with your feet placed hip-width apart. Put your hands on your hips, or if you prefer, raise them above your head in a "V" shape, allowing your chest to open up.

As you hold this powerful stance, take slow, deep breaths, filling your lungs completely. Focus on the sensation of standing tall and how it makes you feel powerful, as you welcome this confidence into your being. Once you are there, read and integrate today´s intention out loud:

"Today, I welcome a powerful sense of self-belief into my life. I trust in my unique abilities and acknowledge my worth. As I listen, I open myself to the strength and confidence that already exists within me, allowing it to grow stronger."

Now you are ready to listen to today´s audio.

This self-hypnosis will help you reconnect with your natural, fierce, inner confidence. When you start practicing self-hypnosis with this audio you will find yourself naturally moving about your everyday life calmed, relaxed, and confident.

This will help you move forward and upwards in all areas of your life, cementing your path toward success.

Self-hypnosis is a powerful yet gentle technique to heal yourself, empower yourself, and become a better version of yourself. Free of any habits, traumas, beliefs, or programming that jeopardize your quality of life.

To make the most of your self-hypnosis practice, it's important to listen to the self-hypnosis audios in the right way.

  • Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax without distractions.
  • Earphones/headphones are not required but recommended.
  • You may lay down or you may also remain seated but ensure that your back and neck are supported as the relaxation will make your head nod or slightly roll.
  • Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and allow yourself to fully immerse in the experience.
  • You can also listen to these self-hypnosis audios before you sleep. And if you fall asleep while listening, it's ok! Your subconscious mind is still at work.
