Day 1: Affirmations and Setting Intentions

"Burnout is what happens when you try to avoid being human for too long." – Michael Gungor

Burnout is like running on a battery without ever recharging it. It happens when we push ourselves too hard, neglecting our well-being. It’s not just feeling tired; it’s feeling emotionally and physically drained to the point where even simple tasks become overwhelming.

Before listening to this audio take a moment to close your eyes, put your hands over your heart, take a few deep breaths, and set the intention for overcoming burnout by saying this affirmation 3 times out loud:

"I honor my need for rest and renewal, knowing that taking care of myself is essential to my well-being and success."

Stay in this space, taking a few more deep breaths for as long as you need, you are ready to listen to your self-hypnosis audio.

Listening to this recording will foster resilience, inner harmony, and balance to help you release yourself from the grasp of burnout. You will feel lighter, more optimistic, and overall more balanced, willing to exercise your boundaries towards others and make self-care your number one priority.

Self-hypnosis is a powerful yet gentle technique to heal yourself, empower yourself, and become a better version of yourself. Free of any habits, traumas, beliefs, or programming that jeopardize your quality of life.

To make the most of your self-hypnosis practice, it's important to listen to the self-hypnosis audios in the right way.

  • Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax without distractions.
  • Earphones/headphones are not required but recommended.
  • You may lay down or you may also remain seated but ensure that your back and neck are supported as the relaxation will make your head nod or slightly roll.
  • Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and allow yourself to fully immerse in the experience.
  • You can also listen to these self-hypnosis audios before you sleep. And if you fall asleep while listening, it's ok! Your subconscious mind is still at work.
